Add-On Services. BlackboardConnect (formerly Edconnect) capability and Schoolwires web management services may be added to this contract for the additional annual costs below.
i. BlackboardConnect capability for annual fee of $1.50 per enrolled student.
ii. Schoolwires webpage management services for annual fee of $1091.57.
Add-On Services. In the event that CLIENT purchases any of the add-on services listed hereunder, that service is limited to:
I. Single Sign-on: Up to 3 hours of consulting on setup and troubleshooting II. RESTful API: Up to 3 hours of consulting on setup and troubleshooting
III. Historical Data Import: Up to 10 hours of support for scoping, configuration, and import work
IV. Scheduled Data Import: Up to 10 hours of support for scoping, configuration, and import work
V. Scheduled Data Export: Up to 6 hours of support for scoping, configuration, and import work
Add-On Services. The PI, or their designator, must request authorization from the UConn Health REDCap system administration to use add-on services, such as the REDCap Mobile App or Twilio, for each REDCap project. Additional Terms of Use Agreements are required and will be provide at time of request. Users of Application Programming Interface (API) must understand the risks when using the API Token. If needs for your project lie outside of our normal free support policy or for more customized individual help, you may request support from our consult services. Our consult services operate on a fee per hour basis. Some common use cases of our consultation services include: • Project Design Support: . Your team can describe or provide your protocol and we can consult with your team on designing your REDCap project and how it should be constructed in REDCap.
Add-On Services. Add on Services supplied by Forma will be discussed, costed and paid for separately, if not included within package subscription. o Dormancy Service Preparation of financial statements for a company during a period of dormancy/non-trading. o Closing Service Closing of schemes and references with HMRC such as PAYE and VAT, preparing final closing company accounts and dissolution with Companies House.
Add-On Services. Add on Services supplied by Forma will be discussed, costed and paid for separately, if not included within package subscription.
Add-On Services. Customer may add additional managed Subscription features (“Add-On Services”) to Customer’s CBA upon request to Provider; provided that, to the extent Customer has changed the requirements of the applicable Order, Customer may be responsible for associated Fees to Provider for such Add-On Services. Such Fees will be calculated based upon the previously agreed upon pricing set forth in the applicable Order and the remainder of months in the Subscription Term beginning on the first day of the calendar month in which such Add-On Service is added. If Customer’s Order renews for additional periods, Customer will remain responsible for associated Fees for future Subscription Terms until such Add-On Services are removed by Customer. The Fees associated with Add-On Services cover: • Labor required to perform acquisition of Add-On Service software license, or BYOL if Customer has alternate procurement method. The cost for the Add-On Service software license is NOT included in any pricing stated heretofore. The Customer is responsible for any costs associated with the purchasing or acquisition of Add-On Service software licenses. • Labor required to perform integration of Add-On Service into the Altitude™ Subscription, sized to accommodate the current number of User Packs within Altitude™ at the time of Add-On Service purchase. • Labor required to perform ongoing Sustainment of Add-On Service software within Altitude™, including functional and security patches, software upgrades, and break/fix as required.
Add-On Services. Any products or services that you may add to your Service Order after the Effective Date (“Add-On Services”) will also be subject to these Terms and any supplemental terms and conditions included in an Addendum related to such Add-On Services. Add-On Services could include, but are not limited to, performance and data tracking (Performance IQ™), business intelligence (iKizmet™) advanced business automation, gift cards and staffing support (Aurora™).
Add-On Services. If included in an Order Form or otherwise agreed to be purchased by Customer, Panopto will provide one or more of the following add-on Services to Customer: (i) deployment of an on-premises solution installed on Customer Systems pursuant to the On-Premises Deployment Addendum (the “On-Premises Addendum”); (ii) captioning services pursuant to the Caption Services Addendum (“Caption Addendum”); (iii) content conversion services pursuant to the Content Conversion Services Addendum (“Conversion Addendum”); and/or (iv) content migration services pursuant to the Content Migration Addendum (“Migration Addendum”). The On-Premises Addendum, Caption Addendum, Conversion Addendum, and Migration Addendum (collectively, the “Addenda”) can all be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/services-addenda/, and are incorporated herein by reference as applicable. The versions of the Addenda in effect as of the date of Customer’s purchase of the applicable add-on Services will apply.
Add-On Services. The parties may from time to time agree to include additional features and services (“Add-On Service”). The Agreement will apply for such Add-On Services. Specific terms may apply for the individual Add-On Service. Ardoq will provide Customer with such specific terms prior to the Add-On Services is agreed upon.
