Additional Bereavement Leave. A regular, full-time, permanent Employee in full-pay status and actively at work performing assigned duties shall be granted by the Chief of Police one (1) day of Bereavement Leave with pay to attend funeral of grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, brother-in-law, sister- in-law and cousin of the first degree.
