Application for Reinstatement. Employees returning from military leave without pay must apply for reinstatement. The application must be made to the Superintendent within a period of ninety (90) days after receipt of an honorable discharge, certificate of service, or receipt of other evidence showing satisfactory completion of this period of service. The employee must supply the Superintendent with a photocopy of the discharge certificate, or other document being used as evidence of satisfactory completion of service.
