Additional Drawings. If during construction, situations arise which require additional drawings or details, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to provide such additional drawings or details at no cost to City when the additional drawings or details are required to correct Consulting Engineer/Architect's errors or omissions or clarify Consulting Engineer/Architect's intent in the original design and preparation of construction drawings. If such situations occur through no fault of Consulting Engineer/Architect, or are beyond his/her control, both parties agree to negotiate an equitable payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect for his/her services rendered, which shall be accomplished through a change order.

Additional Drawings. 1 Departmental Representative may furnish additional drawings for clarification. These additional drawings have same meaning and intent as if they were included with plans referred to in Contract documents.
Additional Drawings. On December 15, 2011, Tenant delivered to Landlord drawings and specifications dated December 13, 2011 prepared by Axia Architects (the "December 13 Drawings"), subject to review and approval by Landlord in accordance with Section 2 of the Work Letter Agreement. Tenant acknowledges that, subject to Landlord's timely compliance with the provisions of the Work Letter Agreement requiring Landlord to respond to drawings and specifications submitted for approval, any delays in Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements beyond the Estimated Commencement Date caused by any changes from the Approved Working Drawings or COR's that are required in the December 13 Drawings or caused by errors or omissions in either the Approved Working Drawings or the December 13 Drawings shall constitute Tenant requested Change Orders as more fully set forth in Section 4 above.

If such situations occur through no fault of Golf Course Architect, or are beyond his/her control, both parties agree to negotiate an equitable payment to Golf Course Architect for his/her services rendered, which shall be accomplished through a Change Order.
Additional Drawings. If the Authority‟s Engineer determines that for discharging its duties and functions under this Agreement, it requires any drawings other than those listed in Annex-I, it may by notice require the Contractor to prepare and furnish such drawings forthwith. Upon receiving a requisition to this effect, the Contractor shall promptly prepare and furnish such drawings to the Authority‟s Engineer, as if such drawings formed part of Annex-I of this Schedule-I.

Additional Drawings. Consultant may furnish additional Drawings to assist proper execution of Work. These Drawings will be issued for clarification only. Such Drawings shall have the same meaning and intent as if they were included with Contract Documents referred to in Article A-3 of the Articles of Agreement.

Additional Drawings. 16.2.1 During the Construction Period, in addition to the Detailed Design the Project Company shall produce all further designs necessary for the carrying out and completion of the Works (the Additional Drawings), and shall ensure that such designs are in compliance with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards and the Construction Plan.
16.2.2 The Independent Expert may raise objections to such Additional Drawings only if they do not comply with the Design and Construction Standards, Performance Standards and the Construction Plan.
16.2.3 By submitting the Additional Drawings for review to the Independent Expert, the Project Company shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the design and engineering, including field construction criteria related thereto, are in conformity with the Performance Standards.
16.2.4 Within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt of the Additional Drawings, the Independent Expert shall review the same and convey its observations to the Project Company with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Performance Standards.
16.2.5 Within fifteen (15) Business Days of the approval of the Independent Expert, the Contracting Authority shall also approve the Additional Drawings and grant permission to the Project Company to proceed with the Works.
16.2.6 Where the observations of the Independent Expert indicate that the Additional Drawings are not in conformity with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards, the Additional Drawings shall be revised by the Project Company and resubmitted to the Independent Expert for review. The Independent Expert shall give its observations, if any, within seven (7) Business Days of receipt of the revised Additional Drawings which the Project Company will take account of to ensure compliance with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards.
16.2.7 No review and/or observation of the Independent Expert and/or its failure to review and/or convey its observations on any Additional Drawings shall relieve the Project Company of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner nor shall the Independent Expert or the Contracting Authority be liable for the same in any manner.
