Additional Drivers. The drivers noted above are included as part of the ASYN distribution. Additional drivers are available, including: asynPortClient is a set of C++ classes that are designed to simplify the task of writing a client that directly communicates with an asyn port driver, without running an EPICS IOC. They handle the details of connecting to the driver, finding the required interfaces, etc. They only uses the synchronous interfaces, so all calls are blocking.
Additional Drivers. The bus supervisor may assign two (2) drivers to an extra run if weather conditions or distance of trip warrants such arrangement. Both drivers will receive full pay.
Additional Drivers. 3.1 As the Owner of the Vehicle, the Vehicle may be driven at any time without a Rental Agreement, subject to ensuring the Vehicle is available for Renters with valid Rental Agreements.
3.2 Any Renter with a valid Rental Agreement for the Vehicle may drive the Vehicle during the Rental Period.
3.3 A person other than the Renter named on the front page of the DriveMyCar Rental Agreement may drive the Vehicle but only if that person is approved in writing by DriveMyCar and that person is registered in the DriveMyCar database as an Additional Driver.
Additional Drivers. (a) Only You or an Additional Driver, who each meet all of the requirements of this clause 2, can drive the Vehicle.
(b) Allowing anyone who is not an Additional Driver to drive constitutes a Major Breach of the Rental Contract that excludes You and any Additional Driver from all entitlement to Damage Cover indemnity under clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Drivers. 5.1. Your Membership category may allow you to appoint Additional Drivers to access the Cityhop Services via your Membership.
5.2. To appoint an Additional Driver to your Membership, you must:
a) not have exceeded the number of Additional Drivers you are permitted to appoint under your Membership category;
b) ensure that the Additional Driver is a Member and has executed the Additional Driver Agreement;
c) pay the fee advised by Cityhop from time to time for the appointment of a Member to your Membership; and
d) indemnify Cityhop from any liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred by Cityhop as a result of the Additional Driver accessing the Cityhop Services with your Membership.
5.3. To appoint a Restricted Driver to your Membership, you must fulfil all obligations of clause 5.2, and in addition: a) be at least 27 years of age;
Additional Drivers. During the booking process, Xxxxxx has the option to purchase the "additional driver" service, to enable one or more additional drivers to drive; in this case the Renter is required to enter the additional drivers personal data into the apposite fields indicated on the Web Site or on the App; then the Renter is required to submit these data to the validation procedure, as indicated in art. 5. If the Renter does not wish to accomplish with this procedure, he will be considered solely responsible for the truthfulness of entered data and their validity at the time of rental, including the fulfillment of the eligibility requirements of the additional driver to drive a vehicle on the Italian territory.
Additional Drivers. Additional Drivers must provide both paper license and Photo ID license prior to hire. If the Driver does not have a Photo License ID, the paper license and a passport is required. Details of any additional drivers are required in advance of rental period. Campervan Hire Rates quoted include: Unlimited miles in the United Kingdom UK standard vehicle insurance* UK breakdown cover * Insurance loading. In some cases, Jurassic Vans will incur additional charges if the driver to be insured has a traffic conviction, is using a non- UK driving license or is in an occupation which is deemed high risk. These charges will be passed onto the customers.
Additional Drivers. 5.1 Your Membership may allow you to appoint Additional Drivers to access the Motopool Services via your Membership.
5.2 To appoint an Additional Driver to your Membership, you must:
(a) not have exceeded the number of Additional Drivers you are permitted to appoint under your Membership which is 2 additional drivers;
(b) ensure that the Additional Driver is a Member and has executed the Additional Driver Agreement and that Motopool has provided written confirmation that the Additional Driver Agreement has been approved;
(c) indemnify Motopool from any liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred by Motopool as a result of the Additional Driver accessing the Motopool Services with your Membership.
5.3 If you appoint Additional Drivers to access the Motopool Services under your Membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are liable on account of any and all liabilities arising from the use of the Motopool Services under your Membership by the Additional Drivers pursuant to this Agreement or the Additional Driver Agreement.
Additional Drivers. Must be detailed in the correct section overleaf. The primary driver is responsible for their actions.
Additional Drivers. You can arrange for additional Drivers to be permitted to drive the Campervan. An additional charge of £6.00 per day applies to each additional Driver. All additional Drivers must be present at the time of hire. A maximum of three Drivers is allowed per Campervan. Driving by an unauthorised driver invalidates insurance. It is a criminal offence to drive without insurance in the UK.
