Additional Duty Allowance. Additional Duty Allowance shall be paid to an employee who is asked in writing to take additional responsibility for a position other than his/her own for more than twenty-one (21) days. An employee shall only take up additional responsibility over a job which is at the same level that he/she is currently holding.

  • Responsibility Allowance (a) An Employee who is assigned additional responsibilities which contribute to the administration of program(s) and which comprise at least 25% of the Employee’s workload and regularly includes the supervision of and/or coordination of other Employees, shall be paid $2.00 per hour in addition to the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay.

  • INJURY ALLOWANCE 34.01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such an injury, the employee is sent home by the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work.
