Additional Notices (a) For so long as the Investor Certificates shall be outstanding, the Seller agrees to provide Fitch with the notice provided to each Rating Agency in subsection 2.06(c)(i) and agrees to provide to Fitch and Standard and Poor's the Opinion of Counsel provided to Moody's pursuant to subsection 2.06(c)(vi), in each case in the times and the manner provided for in such subsections. (b) The Seller shall notify the Collateral Interest Holder promptly after becoming aware of any Lien on any Receivable other than the conveyances under the Agreement. The Seller will notify the Collateral Interest Holder of any merger, consolidation, assumption or transfer referred to in Section 7.02. SECTION 16. Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account. Extension of Concession Period Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.6, in the event that a material default or breach of this Agreement set forth in Clause 35.2 causes delay in achieving COD or leads to suspension of or reduction in collection of Fee, as the case may be, the Authority shall, in addition to payment of compensation under Clause 35.2, extend the Concession Period, such extension being equal in duration to the period by which COD was delayed or the collection of Fee remained suspended on account thereof, as the case may be.
Additional Hours (a) where an employer requires and the part time employee agrees to work additional hours, the employee shall be paid for each additional hour or part thereof at the employee’s normal part time hourly rate of pay.
Temporary Certificate of Registration Rate An employee holding a Temporary Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current Certificate of Competence by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of sitting the certification examination or the date of last hire, whichever is later.
