Additional Requirements and Information. Headset may, either on behalf of Bank or otherwise, request additional information from Retailer to verify its identity in order to comply with laws and regulations governing payments, safeguard the integrity of the Headset Solution, and reduce the risk of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and the violation of trade sanctions. Information that Headset may request, or seek to confirm, may include Retailer’s legal entity information as well as the full legal name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification number (e.g. Social Security Number), and a form of government-issued identification for beneficial owners or other principals of Retailer. Retailer agrees and understands that its ability to use the Headset Solution is contingent upon the Bank’s acceptance of Retailer as a customer in accordance with its own policies and procedures, as well as Retailer’s compliance with the Merchant Processing Terms. If for any reason the Bank terminates its agreement with the Supplier or otherwise suspends or terminates its provision of payment processing services to Retailer, Retailer may no longer be able to use the Headset Solution or sell Supplier products on consignment. The Bank may have an obligation to provide certain notices or forms to Retailer in connection with the merchant account and provision of payments services. As a condition of this Agreement, Retailer authorizes Headset to receive these notices and forms from Bank on behalf of Retailer, and acknowledges that Bank shall not be obliged to directly provide deliver the notices and forms to Retailer.

Additional Requirements and Information. The Vice President of Academic Affairs may approve exceptions to the minimum requirements for faculty in instances where an individual has acquired appropriate, documented alternative experience or education to instruct a particular field and the College has been unable to secure a faculty member with minimum credentials. The Vice President of Academic Affairs may approve employment of faculty with less than minimum credentials with a development plan to achieve the appropriate credentials within a set period of time. Approval of appropriate qualifications by the Division Chairs shall be completed before any faculty member is allowed to begin instruction. However, a faculty member may be scheduled for instruction pending qualification by the first day of class. Division Chairs will recommend adjunct faculty following “West Virginia Northern Community College procedures for hiring adjunct faculty.” All faculty must read, complete and sign the West Virginia Northern Community College employment application.   • Records and Information 14.1 A Sector Association and an Operator must retain records of all information required to be supplied to the Administrator under these Rules. 14.2 In particular, an Operator must retain: 14.2.1 sufficient records to allow the Administrator to verify whether a target unit has met its target, including sufficient records to allow the accurate verification of throughput and annual consumption of energy of a target unit; and 14.2.2 records of energy saving actions and measures implemented during each target period. 14.3 A Sector Association and an Operator must make all records which it is required to retain under these Rules available for inspection by the Administrator or a person appointed by the Administrator and must provide copies of such records in response to a request by the date specified in the request. 14.4 All records required to be retained under these Rules must be retained throughout the duration of an agreement and for a period of four years following the termination of an agreement.

  • Reports and Information Contractor shall at such times and in such forms as the City may require furnish the City such periodic reports as it may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, the costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith, and any other matters are covered by this Agreement as specified in Exhibit A and Exhibit E.
