Trash Service. Landlord will provide private trash service where permissible by the City of Bloomington. If private trash service is not permitted at Premises by the City of Bloomington Tenant is responsible for proper disposal and the cost of any such disposal. 445 446 447 448 449 450 451 452 453 454 455 456 457 458 459 460 461 462 463 464 465 466 467 468 469 470 471 472 473 474 475 476 477 478 479 480 481 482 483 484 485 486 487 488 489 490 491 492 493 494 495 496 497 498 499 500 501 502 503 504 505 506 507 508 The following Rules and Regulations (“Rules”), as referenced on page 3, paragraph 7 of this Lease, must be observed and followed by Tenant, as such Rules help to ensure that Tenant has the opportunity to reside in a pleasant and orderly community.
A. The sidewalks, courts, entry passages, halls, stairways, decks, and patios shall not be obstructed by any means by Tenant, or used for any purpose other than that of entry or non-destructive enjoyment.
B. No trash, bags, etc. shall be left outside of Tenant’s door, hallway, stairway, entry passages, courts, sidewalks, etc. Trash shall be disposed of immediately in the dumpsters provided.
C. The front porches, patios, and decks are not common areas and shall only be used by the Tenant of the attached unit or guests of such Tenant.
D. Tenant and their guests shall maintain order in the building and shall not make or permit any improper noises or conduct, etc. in the building or interfere in any way with other Tenants or those having business with them.
E. The use of all pianos, radios, television sets, stereos, etc. and other sound or musical devices shall be kept at a low sound level as not to be heard outside the unit.
F. Landlord acknowledges Tenant’s right to have parties provided the Tenant conducts said parties in good order and destructive behavior is avoided. The number of persons on a floor or deck must conform to safety codes and safety standards established by courtesy patrol and law enforcement officers.
G. No vehicles—motorbikes, bicycles, etc.—shall be allowed in the corridors, halls, or elsewhere in the building or on sidewalks, and Landlord reserves the right to remove any and all objectionable items and nuisances. Parking for these shall be in the parking area only.
H. Nothing shall be thrown out of the windows or doors, or down the passages, stairways, etc of the building or unit by Tenant or guest of Tenant. Sample
Trash Service. Residential trash should be bagged and set at the curb by 7am on your designated pick up day. Please note the attached map and collection information sheet for more details. There is a limit of 14 bags (33 gallon) per pick up day. Bulk trash pickups are available on Wednesdays only and can be requested by calling the City Hall offices at (000) 000-0000. Trash Service. The State requires all large events to have a solid waste recycling program. To fulfill this requirement the City provides both trash and recycling containers for all events. These containers must be clearly marked. Should a container be filled during an event, the renter is expected to change the bag so garbage does not overflow onto the floor. The City will properly dispose of all properly bagged trash with no charges against the deposit. Initials
Trash Service. Landlord agrees to provide at its cost a suitable external trash receptacle and regularly scheduled external garbage pick-up sufficient to service Tenants in order to prevent the unsightly accumulation of trash and other debris. Tenant shall be responsible for trash collection charges that exceed a normal service minimum charge. Tenant will dispose of all hazardous waste according to local laws and ordinances.
Trash Service. 9.3.1 The Marina will provide trash service. The Dumpster at the Xxxxxxx Street Parking lot is the only authorized location to dispose of trash. Charges for this service are automatically assessed in the annual maintenance fee.
9.3.2 Owners and their guests shall not throw or discharge from any boat cans, bottles, refuse, waste, oil, raw sewage or any other inappropriate material into the Xxxxxx xxxxxx that might violate any government or Coast Guard Rules.
Trash Service. Carolina One Vacation Rentals offers a twice, weekly trash service year-round. Recycling service is offered twice, weekly from the time frame from Memorial Day through Labor Day and once, weekly recycling service all other times of year. Please DO NOT ROLL TRASH CARTS to curbside, as we provide this service. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding trash roll out times where fines are incurred to the property. Fines incurred from GUEST rolling trash bins to curbside at a property, will be the responsibility of the GUEST.
Trash Service. Tenant’s shall secure and pay for trash and refuse services provided to the Premises throughout the Term of the Lease.
Trash Service. Tenant shall arrange for and pay for the collection and disposal of all Tenant waste, which is to be labeled and disposed of in accordance with all applicable law, regulations and the like, as well as rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time.
Trash Service. The Charter shall notify the District if trash services are skipped for a given schedule dump, or if additional dumps are needed.
Trash Service. Landlord shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for trash collection and dumpster service for both the School and the Library, without contribution from Tenant. Landlord covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders and regulations of the federal, state, county, municipal and local governments, departments, commissions, agencies and boards regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of trash.
