ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED. The Principal also agrees and acknowledges that if there are additional services required for the Project that fall outside the Services (for example, modifications required due to walls and floors not being straight and level), then the Contractor will advise the Principal of the additional services required and obtain the Principal’s written approval to carry out all additional services. Any approved additional services will be treated as a Variation and will be charged as quoted or otherwise based on our hourly rate of $145.00 plus GST.
