Additional Spend. 5.1. You shall pay us for any F&B and other services not expressly set out in the Event Agreement or the Schedule of Events (if applicable) but made available on request by or on behalf of you during the Event. On or before the Arrival Date, you will confirm to us in writing the names of those attendees who you consider to be authorised to sanction additional spend at the Event over and above the contracted amounts. All our records for additional spend (meeting room rental, audio/visual equipment, flipcharts, F&B functions and other incidentals) will be presented to one of your authorised signatures to be checked and signed on a daily basis.

On or before the arrival date, you will confirm to us in writing the names of those persons who you have authorized to sanction additional spend at the Event over and above the contracted amounts. All our records for additional spend (meeting room rental, audio/visual equipment, flipcharts, F&B functions and other incidentals) will be presented to one of your authorized signatories to be checked and signed on a daily basis. Failure of your authorized signatory to review any or all charges on a daily basis will not be grounds for disputing the charges.
Additional Spend. Unless credit facilities have been made available, we may require details of your credit/debit card to cover any additional or incidental amounts that become due. You authorise our use of this card for such purpose. You shall confirm to the Hotel, on or before the Function start date, the names of any Function guests who you are authorised to sanction, on your behalf, any additional spend at the Function above the levels set out in the Events Schedule (if any).

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Improvement Plans A. A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.

  • Final Plans On or before thirty (30) days following the date of full execution of this Lease, Landlord shall submit to Tenant two (2) sets of Landlord’s proposed space and construction plans and specifications prepared by Landlord’s architect, for the Tenant Improvements, Within three (3) business days after receipt of Landlord’s plans and specifications Tenant shall either: (a) evidence its approval by endorsement on one (1) set of said plans and specifications (and return such signed or initialed set to Landlord); or (b) indicate those revisions or corrections which Tenant requires and the reasons therefor; provided Landlord shall not be obligated to accept any revisions which Landlord shall reasonably determine: (i) do not conform to the standards of design, motif and decor reasonably established or adopted by Landlord for the Building; (ii) would subject Landlord or the Premises to any additional cost, expense, liability, violation, fine, penalty, or forfeiture; would adversely affect the reputation, character, or nature of the Building; (iii) would provide for or require any installation of work which is or might be unlawful, create an unsound or dangerous condition, adversely affect the structural soundness of the Premises or Building; (iv) interfere with or abridge the use and enjoyment of any adjoining or other space in the Building, or (v) is of a special use or nature with little or no residual value (unless Tenant agrees to pay for such improvements and the removal thereof upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease). Landlord shall, within five (5) days thereafter, submit four (4) sets of proposed plans and specifications, as so revised or corrected, to Tenant for its approval in accordance with this paragraph, which plans will then be considered the final plans (the “Final Plans”). The Final Plans may subsequently be amended by Tenant provided that significant changes will require Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall be given or reasonably refused within five (5) business days after receipt of such amended plans and specifications and, provided further that if such change order will delay the anticipated Commencement Date specified in Section 1 of the Lease the change order shall be considered a Tenant Delay (as hereinafter defined). The parties will work cooperatively to complete the plan approval process expeditiously.

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
