Additional Spend. 5.1. You shall pay us for any F&B and other services not expressly set out in the Event Agreement or the Schedule of Events (if applicable) but made available on request by or on behalf of you during the Event. On or before the Arrival Date, you will confirm to us in writing the names of those attendees who you consider to be authorised to sanction additional spend at the Event over and above the contracted amounts. All our records for additional spend (meeting room rental, audio/visual equipment, flipcharts, F&B functions and other incidentals) will be presented to one of your authorised signatures to be checked and signed on a daily basis.

Failure of your authorized signatory to review any or all charges on a daily basis will not be grounds for disputing the charges.
Additional Spend. Unless credit facilities have been made available, we may require details of your credit/debit card to cover any additional or incidental amounts that become due. You authorise our use of this card for such purpose.   • Additional Space Commencing on May 1, 2001, Sublessor herein grants unto the Sublessee a Right of First Refusal on any space that shall be and/or becomes available in the building during the remaining Term of this Sublease. Prior to May 1, 2001 and thereafter prior to the first day of May of any calendar year during the remaining Term hereof, Sublessor shall notify Sublessee by written notice of the availability of any such space in the building. Should Sublessee desire to exercise its Right of First Refusal and sublease such available space, Sublessee must notify Sublessor in writing of its desire to sublease the available space within seven (7) calendar days of Sublessee's receipt of Landlord's notice of availability. Within thirty (30) days of the receipt of Sublessee's notice exercising the right to sublease such available space, Sublessee and Sublessor shall enter into an amendment of this agreement setting forth the terms under which the additional space is subleased to Sublessee. The Base Rental shall be at a rental mutually agreed between Sublessee and Sublessor. Failure by Sublessee to exercise its Right of First Refusal within said seven (7) calendar day period, or if exercised, failure to enter into an amendment of this agreement within thirty (30) days of Sublessor's receipt of Sublessee's notice, shall be deemed a waiver of such right and Sublessor shall thereafter be free of any obligation under this Article 2.04 for a period of 12 months. Any exercise by Sublessee of this Right of First Refusal shall be for a minimum of 5,000 rental square feet.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work.   • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Additional Facilities If any structural additions or change in use shall be made to the buildings or other improvements included in the Project Facility subsequent to the date hereof (other than the initial construction of the Building contemplated by the Project), or if any additional buildings or improvements shall be constructed on the Land other than the Building (such change of use, new structures, structural additions, buildings and improvements being referred to hereinafter as “Additional Facilities”), the Obligor agrees that its PILOT Obligations hereunder shall be increased by an amount, as determined by the Agency or a tax assessor selected by the Agency, equal to the increased tax payments, if any, that would have been payable on such increase if this Agreement were not in effect. Nothing herein shall constitute the Agency’s consent to the construction of any such additions or additional buildings or improvements or to such change of use.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth.   • Additional Software Should any additional Software licenses be purchased during the Term: (a) In the case of Permanent Licenses, the maintenance Fees will be pro-rated till the Expiry Date and these licenses will be added to the Supported Software. (c) In the case of Monthly Licenses, the licenses will be subject to their own support and maintenance agreement.   • Final Plans When authorized by the CITY prepare final plans for the PROJECT based upon com- ments as agreed upon as a result of the office check review. Major items of work included in devel- opment of final plans are: (a) Prepare engineering plans (which shall include construction sequencing and traffic con- trol), supplemental specifications, special provisions and construction cost estimates, or esti- mates of the quantities of work for the PROJECT.
