Common use of Additional Time Clause in Contracts

Additional Time. Each bargaining unit member recognizes that additional work time during the day or in the evening may be necessary from time to time to improve or to further the efficiency of the educational program within the bargaining unit member’s specialization. When necessary, as determined by the Administration, such time will be paid at the bargaining unit member’s regular hourly rate, or overtime rate, whichever is appropriate.
