Common use of Additional Time Clause in Contracts

Additional Time. To receive payment for hours worked beyond the allocated time, the driver must submit a time report which specifies the reason(s). Reports for additional time must be submitted to the Transportation Supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence. Additional time will be verified or denied within two (2) work days by the Supervisor. Additional time driving is paid on the driver's regular hourly rate.
