ADDITIONAL USER ACCOUNTS. Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Period, purchase additional User Accounts in excess of the number agreed in the Order Confirmation and Silobreaker shall grant access to the Subscription Service to such additional Subscriber Users in accordance with the additional Order Confirmation and provisions of this XXXX.

ADDITIONAL USER ACCOUNTS. 3.1 Customer may, from time to time during any Services’ Period, purchase additional User Accounts in excess of the number agreed in the Order Confirmation and Atvero shall grant access to the Product to such additional Customer Users in accordance with the additional Order Confirmation and provisions of these terms. 3.2 The Customer shall advise Atvero of the number of Customer Users of the Product.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Checking Accounts A monthly bank reconciliation shall be conducted by Subrecipient. All checks, stubs, etc. shall be pre-numbered and accounted for, including all voided checks. Check stubs, canceled checks, and deposit slips must be readily available for audit purposes.

  • New Accounts Contractor may ask State Agencies and other Authorized Users to provide information in order to facilitate the opening of a customer account, including documentation of eligibility to use New York State Contracts, agency code, name, address, and contact person. State Agencies shall not be required to provide credit references.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
