Customer Users definition

Customer Users means Customers’ individuals end users who are authorized by Company to access and use the Services on behalf of a Customer in connection with Company’s services.
Customer Users means Customer’s Participating Pharmacies, employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, or agents who are authorized to use the Service as contemplated by this Agreement.
Customer Users means any employee, contractor or other third party authorised or permitted by the Customer to access or use the IoT Services.

  • Neither Customer, Users nor any other third party has a right to inspect, possess, use, copy, or attempt to discover the source code of (or any portion of) the Software, except to the extent that Customer, a User or a third party is expressly permitted to decompile the Software under applicable law and Customer, the User or the third party notifies Provider in writing in advance of its intention to decompile the Software and its reason for doing so.

  • Customer, Users and Extended Enterprise Users, as applicable are not authorized to download the Online Services on their computers or on any hardware device.


More Definitions of Customer Users

Customer Users means any lenders, contractors, or other third parties Customer gives access to the System, including without limitation such lenders’, contractors’ and other third parties’ agents and employees.

Customer Users are Users who are directed by our Customers through their website or by other means fill out questionnaires and surveys. Throughout this document, both Account Manager Users, Employee Users, and Customer Users will be referred to as “Users”.
Customer Users means Company’s customers, its affiliates or any unaffiliated third parties doing business with Company’s Customers who receive the Services performed by Supplier.
