Adjunct Counseling Professors and Instructional Specialists Professors. No adjunct counseling professor or instructional specialist professor should be assigned a load greater than sixty-seven percent (67%) unless otherwise approved in advance by the appropriate xxxx or educational administrator and appropriate vice president. Since counseling professors and instructional specialists professors are on an 11-month contract and work a total of 1248 basic assignment hours, the maximum hours for adjunct counseling professors and instructional specialists professors should not exceed 836 hours annually. Any teaching assignment must be deducted from the annual allowable LHE for counseling professors and instructional specialists professors. For scheduling purposes, counseling professors and instructional specialist professors may be scheduled 418 hours per summer/fall or winter/spring.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.
