Adjusted Hire Date. 4.4 In addition the Employer shall provide CRONA with a monthly list of the names, last four digits of Social Security Number, and dates of employment (including the adjusted hire date if any), classification and cost center assignment of all newly hired bargaining unit Regular and Relief Nurses, and the names of all bargaining unit Nurses who have resigned or been terminated. 4.5 The Employer’s meeting facilities shall be available to CRONA on an equal basis with other voluntary organizations.
