Common use of Adjustment to Salary Schedule Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Salary Schedule. Each employee shall be placed on his/her proper step of the salary schedule as of the effective date of this Agreement and in accordance with Section Two (2) below. Any employee who performs work under a contract with the Board prior to the first day of the second semester of any school year shall be given credit for one (1) year of service toward the next increment step for the following year.

Adjustment to Salary Schedule. Each employee shall be placed on his/her the proper step of the salary schedule as of the effective date beginning of each school year during the term of this Agreement and in accordance with Section Two (2) belowcontract. Any employee who performs work under a contract with the Board prior to the first employed at least one day more than one-half of the second semester of any school employee’s contract year shall be given full credit for one (1) year of service toward the next increment step for the following year.
