Adjutant General Review. (1) If the aggrieved party is dissatisfied with the decision reached in Step 1, or if the grievance is covered by Sections 12.2(2) or 12.3(3), then the grievant may petition the Adjutant General for relief. The timeline for resolution begins upon notice being served to the Agency. (2) The Adjutant General, or their designated representative, shall take appropriate action to review the complaint file, to include meeting with the aggrieved party if necessary, and render a final Agency decision no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the grievance. (3) Failure to reach resolution within thirty (30) days after notice is served will allow the grievant to proceed to arbitration. However, only the Union may invoke arbitration.

The timeline for resolution begins upon notice being served. (2) The Adjutant General, or his/her designated representative, shall take appropriate action to review the complaint file and render a final Agency decision no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the grievance. The Adjutant General may meet with the employee as part of his/her case review, or upon the employee’s request. (3) Failure to reach resolution within thirty (30) days after notice is served will allow the grievant to proceed to arbitration.

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives.   • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan. 19.6.2 The Training Plan sets out the training that the apprentice will do both on – the – job and off – the – job. The Training Plan also sets out how the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will ensure the apprentice will receive quality training – both on – the – job and off – the – job. 19.6.3 The Training Plan reflects the choices made by the employer and the apprentice in relation to:-

  • Scope of Services and Term Subject to the provisions for early termination as set forth herein, the Contractor agrees that it will perform the Services enumerated in the scope of services attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the “Scope of Services”) for a term of five years (5) beginning , 2023 through , 2028 (the “Term”). The Authority in its sole discretion may extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods, for a potential maximum term of *** (**) years. The Authority will provide any such renewal notice in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Agreement. The maximum payment for the Term is set forth in Section II(a). All work shall be diligently performed by the Contractor in an economical, expeditious and professional manner.
