Admin. Code § 6-108. If this Agreement is for the construction, alteration or repair of buildings or the construction or repair of streets or highways, or for the manufacture, sale, or distribution of materials, equipment or supplies, the Contractor agrees, as required by Admin. Code § 6-108, that:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the construction, alteration or repair of buildings or engaged in the construction or repair of streets or highways pursuant to a contract with the City or engaged in the manufacture, sale or distribution of materials, equipment or supplies pursuant to a contract with the City to refuse to employ or to refuse to continue in any employment any person on account of the race, color or creed of such person.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person or any servant, agent or employee of any person, described in Section 4.05(C)(1) above, to ask, indicate or transmit, orally or in writing, directly or indirectly, the race, color, creed or religious affiliation of any person employed or seeking employment from such person, firm or corporation. Breach of the foregoing provisions shall be deemed a breach of a material provision of this Agreement. Any person, or the employee, manager or owner of or officer of such firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Section 4.05(C) shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 Days, or both.
Admin. Code § 6-123. In accordance with Admin. Code § 6-123, the Contractor will not engage in any unlawful discriminatory practice as defined in and pursuant to the terms of Title 8 of the Admin. Code. The Contractor shall include a provision in any agreement with a first-level subcontractor performing services under this Agreement for an amount in excess of $50,000.00 that such subcontractor shall not engage in any such unlawful discriminatory practice.

Admin. The admin is a super user‚ who has access to all the features of TrackThrough – projects‚ tasks‚ comments‚ attachments‚ settings‚ lead and team accounts.
Admin. The Session may be refused if payment has not been made as required by this Agreement. Where it is necessary for either You or the Coach to reschedule a Session this will be done by phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled Session. You will be charged for missed Sessions which are not rescheduled in accordance with this agreement, except in exceptional circumstances (at the Coach’s discretion). If You are late for a Session, the Session will complete at the scheduled time.

Average Daily Net Assets Fee of the Fund .15% on the first $250 million .125% on the next $250 million .100% on the next $250 million .075% on assets in excess of $750 million However, in no event shall the administrative fee received during any year of this Agreement be less than, or be paid at a rate less than would aggregate $75,000, per portfolio.
