Unlawful Discrimination in the Provision of Services. A. Discrimination in Public Accommodations. With respect to services provided under this Agreement, the Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate against any person because of actual or perceived age, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identity or gender expression, sexual orientation, partnership status, marital status, disability, presence of a service animal, race, color, national origin, alienage, citizenship status, or military status, or any other class of individuals protected from discrimination in public accommodations by City, State or Federal laws, rules or regulations. The Contractor shall comply with all statutory and regulatory obligations to provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
