Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data. The Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data as required in Subpart 15.4 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (48 CFR 15.4) in support of any negotiated contract expected to exceed $100,000 or any modification to a formally advertised or negotiated contract on which the aggregate of the increase and decreases in cost are expected to exceed $100,000; the Contracting Officer at his discretion may request cost or pricing data for modifications on which cost are $100,000 or less and an attendant certificate of current cost or pricing data.
