Super User. 16.13 A Super User is defined as a system expert in the features, reporting and functionality of a system, who is further responsible to provide training and support to other employees required to use the system.

Super User. Eye Care Services management may assign Licensed Dispensing Opticians who are able to perform all duties and responsibilities of the employees they lead, the duty of “Super User”. “Super User” responsibilities are to assist other Sapient users with correct third party benefit calculation and claims processing; including appropriate reinstatement of benefits and diagnosis code processing. “Super Users” will act as a facilitator between front line staff and Patient Financial Services (PFS). Those staff identified as “Super User” by management will be compensated with an additional two dollars ($2.00) per hour.
