Common use of Administration of Bank Clause in Contracts

Administration of Bank. The District and the Association shall administer the Sick Leave 23 Bank. By committee, the District shall appoint two (2) and the Association shall appoint 24 three (3) people to serve as members of the Sick Leave Bank committee. The committee 25 shall choose a chairperson. The Sick Leave Bank committee shall be responsible for 1 approving Sick Leave Bank deposits and withdrawals from the Sick Leave Bank.
