Common use of Administration of the Bank Clause in Contracts

Administration of the Bank. a. The Sick Leave Bank shall be administered by a Sick Leave Bank Committee consisting of two (2) members designated by the Committee to serve and two (2) members designated by the Association. b. The decisions of the Sick Leave Bank Committee with respect to eligibility and entitlement shall be by a majority of members voting and shall be final and binding and not subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement. Any appeal will be limited to an appeal to the Sick Leave Bank Committee itself.
