Administration of the Bank. 4 1. Human Resources and Support Services shall have the 5 responsibility of maintaining the records of the Catastrophic Leave Bank. 6 2. Human Resources and Support Services shall provide application 7 forms for contributions to bargaining unit members annually. 8 3. By November 30 of each school year, District representatives shall 9 provide the Association with the total available number of accumulated days 10 contributed by bargaining unit members for the current year and the names 11 of participating bargaining unit members. 12 4. If the Catastrophic Leave Bank is terminated for any reason, the days 13 remaining in the Catastrophic Leave Bank shall be returned to the then 14 current members of the Bank proportionately.
