Administration Requested Professional Leave. If a teacher is requested by the Board or the Superintendent to attend a professional conference or workshop, the following procedures will be used: a. The teacher will receive release time without loss of pay. b. The conference or workshop fee will be paid for by the Board. c. Mileage will be reimbursed at the current federally-approved amount. This rate shall apply for any Board-approved mileage.
