ADMINISTRTAIVE LEAVE FOR INVESTIGATIONS. ‌ An employee may be placed on administrative leave, removed from client services or be reassigned while an investigation is being conducted if the Employer determines the nature of the allegations require the employee to be placed on leave or removed from client services and/or if an outside agency investigation requires that the employee be removed from client services. In cases of alleged client abuse or neglect, the employee may be reassigned only with his/her consent; otherwise, administrative leave will be used. The Employer shall not be required to reassign such employees. In cases where an outside agency is investigating allegations of abuse, neglect or serious employee misconduct, it shall be the responsibility of the employee to inform the Employer when such time as he/she has been made aware by the outside agency that the investigation has been initiated and completed, and the outcome of such investigation. An Employee placed on Administrative Leave, and who is subsequently exonerated and/or reinstated, shall receive up to sixty (60) days of back compensation at his/her regular rate for scheduled work hours lost. Any back compensation received by the employee will be determined based on scheduled hours for the days missed. If it is determined that the employee is to be discharged based on the allegations, the Employer will not be required to pay any back compensation.

  • Investigation of Accidents The Occupational Health and Safety Committees, as provided in Clause 22.2, shall be notified of each accident or injury and shall investigate and report to the Union and Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury. In the event of a fatality the Employer shall immediately notify the President of the nature and circumstances of the accident.

  • Accident Investigations When an accident occurs involving the equipment or personnel of a Supporting Agency, the Protecting Agency shall immediately notify the jurisdictional and supporting agencies. As soon as practical, the Protecting Agency shall initiate an investigation of the accident. The investigation shall be conducted by a team of representatives from the affected agencies, as appropriate. As appropriate, the Parties agree that the Protecting Agency will provide notification of the accident to the National Transportation Safety Board, or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and other appropriate Agencies.

  • COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATIONS 1. This article applies to complaints or allegations made externally and not from normal supervisory activities.

The NTO shall supply the results of such investigations to the NYSRC, the ISO, and, pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff, the other Transmission Owners. Following a total or partial system interruption, restoration shall be coordinated between the ISO control center and local control centers. The local control centers shall have the authority, in coordination with the ISO, to restore the system and to re-establish service if doing so would minimize the period of service interruption. The NTO shall determine the level of resources to be applied to restore facilities to service following a failure, malfunction, or forced transmission outage.
