Adoption Leave Allowance Eligibility. After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who provides the Corporation with proof that he is in receipt of parental benefits pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Employment Insurance Act (1996), shall be paid an adoption leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan. The employee granted leave under this clause accepts the leave under the conditions set out below:
