Common use of Adult Apprentices Clause in Contracts

Adult Apprentices. For the purpose of this Agreement an Adult Apprentice is defined as a person over the age of 21 at the time of commencing his/her Apprenticeship. Adult apprentices shall be paid at the rates specified in Schedule 1.

Adult Apprentices. For the purpose of this Agreement an Adult Apprentice is defined as 6.1 An adult apprentice means a person 21 years of age or over who enters into a training agreement or contract from the age first time and is registered in the form prescribed by the State Training Board of 21 at the time of commencing his/her Apprenticeship.
