Common use of Adult Apprentices Clause in Contracts

Adult Apprentices. For the purpose of this Agreement an adult apprentice means a person of 21 years of age or over at the time of entering into an indenture to one of the trades specified in Clause 3.14. The provisions of Clause 3.14 apply to adult apprentices unless specifically provided otherwise by this Clause.
