Advance Notice - Submission of Data. Conference If the carrier decides that in the light of the criteria specified above it is necessary to subcontract work of a type currently performed by the employees, it shall give the general chairman or the craft or crafts involved notice of intent to contract out and the reasons therefore, together with supporting data. Advance notice shall not be required concerning minor transactions. The General Chairman or his designated representative will notify the carrier within ten days from the postmarked date of the notice of any desire to discuss the proposed action. Upon receipt or such notice the carrier shall give such representative of the organization at least ten days advance notice of a conference to discuss the proposed action. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement at such conference the carrier may, notwithstanding, proceed to subcontract the work, and the organization may process the dispute to a conclusion as herein after provided.

  • Request for Redacted Information In the event of a public records or other disclosure request pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, the Florida Constitution or other authority, to which documents that are marked as “Confidential” are responsive, the Department will provide the Contractor- redacted copies to the requestor. If a requestor asserts a right to the Confidential Information, the Department will notify the Contractor such an assertion has been made. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to assert that the information in question is exempt from disclosure under Chapter 119 or other applicable law. If the Department becomes subject to a demand for discovery or disclosure of the Confidential Information of the Contractor under legal process, the Department shall give the Contractor prompt notice of the demand prior to releasing the information labeled “Confidential” (unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law).   • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
