ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA. 13.1. Except as required by laws and regulations or as expressly authorized under Section 13.2 below, Producer shall not use or cause to have used any name, logo, trademark, tradename, service xxxx or other the like of SYNCHRONOSURE or any of its affiliates in any advertising, promotional materials or public manner of any nature without specific authorization and prior written approval from SYNCHRONOSURE. In the event SYNCHRONOSURE suffers a loss or expense arising out of any unauthorized advertisement, publication or statement of the Producer, the Producer shall be liable for and hereby agrees to indemnify SYNCHRONOSURE and hold SYNCHRONOSURE harmless from all resulting damages, fines, and penalties and costs 13.2. The Parties acknowledge that each other’s website, social media accounts and other marketing collateral may refer to carriers and underwriting agencies with which they do business. Accordingly, either Party may refer to the other Party, provide a link to the other Party’s website, provide news links related to the other Party and use the other Party’s logo as a means to link to this information until such time as this Agreement has been terminated and all policies written under this Agreement have expired been cancelled or non-renewed. However, each Party reserves the right to withdraw amend or limit this authorization at any time or for any reason and without any liability howsoever arising to the other Party. For the avoidance of doubt. each Party retains ownership of its own intellectual property rights including without limitation names trademarks tradenames service marks and logos. 13.3. The Parties agree to follow each other on any social media platforms which they use for their commercial purposes, including (where applicable and without limitation) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and to encourage their employees to do likewise. However, nothing in this Section 13.3 shall require a Party to continue doing so in circumstances where, acting in good faith, it considers that it would be prejudicial to its own commercial interests.

ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA. 15.1. Origination, circulation, or posting of any advertising media or social media that contains matter that violates or is contrary to the policies of the University, other Board of Governors policies, Student Organization Recognition Agreement, Union and Involvement Services, Department of Residence Life, Student Recreation Center, Student Union, and/or federal, state or local law is prohibited. 15.2. Organization, circulation or posting of any advertising media or social media containing (a) false information, (b) misleading information, (c) obscene language or images, (d) patently offensive material, (e) the promotion of alcohol or illegal drugs, or (f) illegal activities/behavior is prohibited.

ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER.   • Advertising and Publicity No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.   • LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA 29 A. Any written information or literature, including educational or promotional materials, 30 distributed by CONTRACTOR to any person or organization for purposes directly or indirectly related 31 to this Agreement must be approved at least thirty (30) days in advance and in writing by 32 ADMINISTRATOR before distribution. For the purposes of this Agreement, distribution of written 33 materials shall include, but not be limited to, pamphlets, brochures, flyers, newspaper or magazine ads, 34 and electronic media such as the Internet. 35 B. Any advertisement through radio, television broadcast, or the Internet, for educational or 36 promotional purposes, made by CONTRACTOR for purposes directly or indirectly related to this 37 Agreement must be approved in advance at least thirty (30) days and in writing by ADMINISTRATOR. 1 C. If CONTRACTOR uses social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or other publicly 2 available social media sites) in support of the services described within this Agreement, 3 CONTRACTOR shall develop social media policies and procedures and have them available to 4 ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice. CONTRACTOR shall inform ADMINISTRATOR of all 5 forms of social media used to either directly or indirectly support the services described within this 6 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall comply with COUNTY Social Media Use Policy and Procedures as 7 they pertain to any social media developed in support of the services described within this Agreement. 8 CONTRACTOR shall also include any required funding statement information on social media when 9 required by ADMINISTRATOR. 10 D. Any information as described in Subparagraphs A. and B. above shall not imply endorsement 11 by COUNTY, unless ADMINISTRATOR consents thereto in writing. 12

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

Please note that if a Third Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or Company’s access to such Third Party Account is terminated by the third party service provider, then Social Network Content may no longer be available on and through the Website. You acknowledge and agree that Company may access your e-mail address book associated with a Third Party Account and your contacts list stored on your mobile device or tablet computer solely for the purposes of identifying and informing you of those contacts who have also registered to use the Website. At your request made via email to our email address listed below, or through your account settings (if applicable), Company will deactivate the connection between the Website and your Third Party Account and delete any information stored on Company’s servers that was obtained through such Third Party Account, except the username and profile picture that become associated with your account.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees.
