Common use of Advertising of Vacancy Clause in Contracts

Advertising of Vacancy. All vacancies shall be posted internally and the Union shall receive a copy at the time of posting. Members of the Bargaining Unit shall have the opportunity to apply for the open position within six (6) working days of the posting.
