Common use of Afternoon Shift Clause in Contracts

Afternoon Shift. The hours of work for those employees engaged in a shift, the major portion of which falls between 16:00 and 24:00 hours (4:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight), shall be any eight (8) consecutive hours, including adequate time off for lunch, for five (5) days per week.
