Agency Standards. No NEI3A Funds will be contracted to a provider that has been prohibited from participating in the Medicare, Medicaid, or medical assistance programs. Providers shall not be debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal programs or activities. NEI3A will perform a debarment evaluation of all providers prior to execution of the Person-Centered Funding Agreement. The provider shall ensure that all employees providing in-home care to consumers have had a criminal background check and been cleared for said functions in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 135C.33.

Agency Standards. The employer shall provide, at no cost to the employee, any training necessary to meet any increase in JAMHI job description requirements for persons occupying those positions after the effective date of this Agreement . It is the policy of JAMHI, wherever permitted by existing funding and regulatory constraints, to train and retain existing JAMHI employees. Accordingly, in the event of any increase in certification or licensure requirements imposed by law after the effective date of this Agreement, JAMHI will immediately meet and confer with union representatives concerning the implementation of such standards. To the extent permitted by considerations of funding, grandfather provisions, and time allowed for implementation, the JAMHI Board will, in its discretion, provide at no cost to the employee the training and licensure fees necessary to meet any increase in requirements.
Agency Standards. Where the Agency provides standard details, designs, or specifications to the Consultant for their use; the Consultant shall be responsible for ensuring the standard meets all applicable code, requirements, and best practices. Where applicable; the Consultant, under the direction of the Agency, shall update any standards to meet any deficiencies identified. If the Consultant fails to identify any deficiencies in standards the Consultant shall be deemed responsible for any costs incurred due to such deficiencies.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations. Such policy shall be subject to review and comment by TxDOT prior to adoption. Such policy shall include standards of ethical conduct concerning the following:

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
