Agreement of Communication. Kennesaw State University and Ogeechee Technical College agree to cooperate in communicating with each other concerning the articulation relationship between the two institutions. Communications may include common publications and announcements concerning their affiliation. Announcements of this articulation, and of changes in the relationship, will have a coordinated release to the public from both institutions. The institutions will encourage the dissemination of information about programs in this agreement with interested and qualified students, with both institutions providing advising and counseling to prospective students. The development of this Agreement between Kennesaw State University and Ogeechee Technical College signifies that both have confirmed that: • Each institution is currently in good standing with its state regulatory body and institutional accrediting body; • Credits awarded by the institutions have been evaluated and determined to be eligible for transfer; and • Credits earned in Ogeechee Technical College 's Cybersecurity Associate of Applied Science Degree (CY13) have been deemed appropriate and applicable to transfer to KSU. Agreement on Maintenance and Review At least one administrative and/or faculty member will be appointed from each participating college/university to act as a primary point of contact and agent for this agreement, to speak for the institution, and to communicate details and modifications to respective faculty, advisors, and others with interest at the individual institutions. Both parties agree to inform the other regarding curriculum changes that may impact the terms of this Agreement. This agreement will be in effect for at least three years from the date of administrative endorsement. Renewal of transfer plans with appropriate content changes will be done on an annual basis. It will be automatically renewed unless one of the parties expresses, in writing, its desire to terminate the agreement giving six months or more notification with effective date to be the last day of an academic term. Communications may include common publications and announcements concerning their affiliation. Announcements of this articulation, and of changes in the relationship, will have a coordinated release to the public from both institutions. The institutions will encourage the dissemination of information about programs in this agreement with interested and qualified students, with both institutions providing advising and counseling to prospective students. The student is responsible for following procedures to notify Kennesaw State University and University of North Georgia of intent to graduate. Students should be referred to the Kennesaw State University and University of North Georgia academic catalogs for graduation requirements. Each Fall semester, University of North Georgia shall provide the Xxxx’x Office of the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology of Kennesaw State University a list of students at University of North Georgia who have indicated their desire to participate in the transfer articulation. The development of this agreement between Kennesaw State University and University of North Georgia signifies both institutions have confirmed that: • Each institution is currently in good standing with its state regulatory body and institutional accrediting body; • Credits awarded by the institutions have been evaluated and determined to be eligible for transfer; and • Credits earned in University of North Georgia 's Bachelor of Science program have been deemed appropriate and applicable to transfer to Kennesaw State University.

The development of this Agreement between KSU and Georgia Highlands College signifies that both have confirmed that: • Each institution is currently in good standing with its state regulatory body and regional accrediting body; • Credits awarded by the institutions have been evaluated and determined to be eligible for transfer; and • Credits earned in Georgia Highlands College’s Associate of Arts in Psychology have been deemed appropriate and applicable to transfer to KSU.

The institutions will encourage the dissemination of information about programs in this agreement with interested and qualified students, with both institutions providing advising and counseling to prospective students. The development of this agreement between Kennesaw State University and Atlanta Metropolitan State College signifies both institutions have confirmed that: • Each institution is currently in good standing with its state regulatory body and institutional accrediting body; • Credits awarded by the institutions have been evaluated and determined to be eligible for transfer; and • Credits earned in Atlanta Metropolitan State College's Bachelor of Science program have been deemed appropriate and applicable to transfer to Kennesaw State University.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion.   • Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

  • Methods of Communication Any notice to be given or any document or instrument in writing to the Trustee or the Manager (including for greater certainty, all directions and instructions) must be given through one of the following methods of communication:

  • APPROVAL OF GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS Competitive Supplier may only communicate with Program participants and/or use the lists of Eligible Consumers/Program participants to send Department-approved education materials, opt- out notices, or other communications essential to the operation of the Program. Such lists may not be used by Competitive Supplier to market any additional products or services to Eligible Consumers or Program Participants. Competitive Supplier shall cooperate with and assist the Town in the drafting and sending of messages and information to Eligible Consumers concerning the Program or any matter arising under or related to this Agreement or the Program. Competitive Supplier shall, prior to sending any direct mail, advertising, solicitation, bill insert, electronic mail, or other similar written or electronic communication (collectively, “General Communications”) to Participating Consumers (but excluding individually drafted or tailored communications responding to a specific complaint or communication of an individual consumer), provide a copy of such General Communication to the Town for its review (for consistency with the Town’s purposes and goals) and approval. The Town shall have the right to disapprove such General Communications and suggest revisions if it finds the communication inconsistent with the purposes and goals of the Town, factually inaccurate, not essential to the operation of the program, or likely to mislead provided, however, that: (i) the communication shall be deemed approved if the Town fails to respond within ten (10) Business Days, and (ii) no approval shall be necessary for any communication (a) regarding any emergency situation involving any risk to the public health, safety or welfare; (b) that has been approved by the Department, the DOER; or (c) in the nature of routine monthly or periodic bills, or collection notices, except that any bill insert or message included at the bottom of such bill not within the scope of (a) or (b) above shall require advanced review and approval by the Town; and (iii) no approval or lack of approval shall relieve the Competitive Supplier of its obligations and responsibility for its actions and omissions under this Agreement, or other than as set forth in sub-clause ‘i’ of this Section 7.6, result in a waiver of any rights, remedies or defenses of the Town. The Town may reject or exclude any proposed General Communication that, in its reasonable judgment, is contrary to the interests and objectives of the Program or the Town.
