Agreement Term; Expiration. This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the other provisions of this ARTICLE 10, will continue in full force and effect until this Agreement expires as follows:
Agreement Term; Expiration. This Section 11.1, ARTICLE 12 and ARTICLE 13 of this Agreement shall become effective on the Execution Date and the remainder of the Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the other provisions of this ARTICLE 11, will continue in full force and effect until the expiration of all payment obligations under this Agreement with respect to the last Product (or Discontinued Product) in all countries. The period from the Effective Date until the date of expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to this ARTICLE 11 is the “Agreement Term”. If the antitrust clearance required for ISIS-FXIRx in accordance with Section 13.6 is not obtained by December 31, 2015 this Agreement, including this Section 11.1, ARTICLE 12 and ARTICLE 13 shall automatically expire. 58 Confidential
