The City will shall not aid, promote promote, or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining bargaining, or make any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union, and the City shall make available to all employees of the bargaining unit a copy of this Agreement calling their attention to the fact that the Union has been recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and working conditions.
