AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Employer and its designated agents will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union in terms of the Union representation of the employees within the bargaining unit as set forth in Article 1. The Union agrees not to enter into agreements with other unions to circumvent this collective bargaining unit.
