Common use of AID TO OTHER UNIONS Clause in Contracts

AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The City agrees that it will not negotiate with any other union, individual, or group of individuals concerning wages, hours, or terms and conditions of work affecting members of this bargaining unit as long as this Union is the legally designated representative.

AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The City agrees that it will not negotiate aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any other union, individual, such group or group organization for the purpose of individuals concerning wages, hours, or terms and conditions of work affecting members of this bargaining unit as long as this Union is undermining the legally designated representativeUnion.

AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The City agrees that it will shall not negotiate aid, promote, or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining, or make any agreement with any other unionsuch group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union, individualand the City shall make available to all employees of the bargaining unit a copy of this Agreement calling their attention to the fact that the Union has been recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit with respect to rates of pay, or group of individuals concerning wages, hourshours of employment, or terms and conditions of work affecting members of this bargaining unit as long as this Union is the legally designated representativeworking conditions.
