Aircraft Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Aircraft shall be [***] ([***], the “Purchase Price”), which amount shall be paid in accordance with the payment schedule set forth under Clause 2.3 hereof.
Aircraft Purchase Price. The Purchase Price for the Delayed Aircraft, including the Airframe and Engine Price Adjustment Due to Economic Fluctuation set forth in the applicable Exhibit D to the Purchase Agreement, shall be calculated in accordance with the Purchase Agreement [*CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].
Aircraft Purchase Price. Subject to application of the allocated share of the Downpayments (as hereinafter defined), Buyer shall pay and deliver to Seller: (a) for each of the first seven (7) Aircraft to be sold hereunder (as set forth on Exhibit B hereto) the purchase price of _________________________________ United States Dollars (US$_________); and (b) for each of the remaining Aircraft to be sold hereunder the purchase price of _________________________________ United States Dollars (US$_________) with the Downpayments payable as described below and the balance of the purchase price payable on delivery of each of the Aircraft (such purchase price sum, before application of the Downpayments provided herein, the "AIRCRAFT PURCHASE PRICE"). The Aircraft Purchase Price shall be paid by Buyer pursuant to the terms of Section 2.3 hereof concurrent with the Delivery (as hereinafter defined) of the Aircraft in immediately available funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to Aircraft bearing U.S. registration number N154UA, which Buyer is purchasing subject to a lease to Boeing (as described below), the Aircraft Purchase Price shall be _________________________________________ United States Dollars (US$_________) (of which __________________________________ United States Dollars (US$_________) is for the Purchase Price of the Aircraft and ______________________________________ United States Dollars (US$_________) is for the Purchase Price of the Lease). Aircraft Purchase Price. The Basic Price applicable to each Aircraft and the MCG rate referred to in Attachment “E” to the Purchase Agreement are subject to Embraer’s standard escalation formula contained in Attachment “D” (the “Escalation Formula”) to the Purchase Agreement, subject to the provisions set forth below.
2.1 The Escalation Formula applied to each Aircraft [*]. [*]. 2.4 The conditions described in this Article 2 shall only be applicable in the event [*]. In the event in any of the situations described in Article 2.3 above [*] the Aircraft Purchase Price will be equal to the Basic Price [*].
Aircraft Purchase Price. The Airframe Base Price, Optional Features Prices, Engine Price and Aircraft Basic Price of a Substitute Aircraft shall be as set forth in Exhibit A to this Letter Agreement for the applicable Substitute Aircraft.
Aircraft Purchase Price. Two Million Five Hundred Forty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve and 39/100 US Dollars (US$2,544,812.39) in the aggregate. Any equipment in Seller's possession, loose or otherwise, required to operate the Aircraft in accordance with Seller's FAA Part 121 operating certificate will be included with the Delivery of the Aircraft. Aircraft Purchase Price. A. Purchase Price The Purchase Price for the Aircraft shall be: TWENTY-ONE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS ($21,000,000.00), subject to GULFSTREAM's receipt and written acceptance of an Attachment A for this Agreement.
B. Form of Payment The Purchase Price shall be paid by GULFSTREAM at the Delivery Time by wire transfer to a bank specified by SELLER .
