ALCOHOL-FREE AND DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY. County has implemented an Alcohol Free and Drug Free policy applicable to County departments as well as one in the Sheriff's Office which augments the normal County policy with regard to those subjects. Both programs have been recently updated. With respect to those employees represented by UPEC, such policy may not further burden the employees nor further intrude on their privacy beyond that which was agreed in bargaining without further negotiations with UPEC. A copy of the policy is available from the Sheriff’s Office. Nothing in this section shall make the operation of such policy "grievable" under Article 18.

ALCOHOL-FREE AND DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY. While performing any services pursuant to the Agreement, being present on any County property, or using County equipment, the Company, its employees, subcontractors and agents (1) shall not be in any way impaired because of being under the influence of alcohol or a drug; (2) shall not possess, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol and/or an illegal drug; and (3) shall not sell, offer, or provide alcohol or an illegal drug to another person. If Company, or any employees, sub-contractors, or agents violate any of the above provisions, the Customer may terminate the Agreement immediately.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE FORM The Drug-Free Workplace Form is attached and shall be completed and submitted with your bid.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Drug Free Workplace Act The Contractor will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.
