Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will be no outside food* or beverages to be used or brought into the Town Hall Amenities Center. All food and beverages must be purchased from Hampton Golf. Member can contact Hampton Golf via telephone 000-000-0000 or in person at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx. *Only exception to outside food being brought in to Town Hall will be a cake. I hereby assume all risk and responsibility for injuries incurred during my participation in any River Hall Town Hall Amenity Center Activities, including but not limited to exercise, swimming and any other program or activity in which I choose to participate. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in any River Hall Town Hall Amenity Center Activity in which I choose to participate. I fully understand and acknowledge that I may seriously injure myself as a result of participation in the fitness center, pool or any other activity or event. Such potential injuries could include, but are not limited to; heart attack, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee, lower back or foot injuries and other illness, soreness or injury however caused. I fully understand and acknowledge that such problems may occur during or after my participation in an exercise, swimming program or any other activity, whether caused by active or passive negligence of club employees, or otherwise. In consideration for my participation in River Hall Town Hall Amenity Center exercise, swimming or any other activity that I choose to participate in and with knowledge of the risk, I, for myself and my heirs, assigns and next of kin hereby release and waive any & all claims against The Melrose Management Partnership or the Town Hall Amenity Center Association, Inc., its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates & assigns arising from or in connection with my participation in any River Hall Town Hall Amenity Center exercise, swimming or any other activity or event. I further agree to abide by all rules and instructions of the River Hall Town Hall Amenity Center and its personnel. I have read this Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its terms and conditions.   • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.

  • Alcohol on the day of testing all workers onsite shall be required to submit a breath sample i.e. blanket testing.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant or local match funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

  • Central Committee on Violence in the Workplace The Central parties agree to create a Central Committee to review and develop best practice recommendations related to Violence in the Workplace. The Committee will take into consideration recent provincial reports related to violence in the workplace issues. The best practice recommendations will be distributed to the Joint Health and Safety Committees at each individual Home to be recommended for implementation. The best practice recommendations will include but will not be limited to: Review/modify: the processes, procedures, measures and follow through on:

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12. (b) The Employer agrees to develop formalized policies and procedures in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to deal with workplace violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence and the management of violent situations and support to employees who have faced workplace violence. These policies and procedures shall be communicated to all employees. The local parties will consider appropriate measures and procedures in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee to address violence in the workplace, which may include, among other measures and procedures: i) Alert employees about a person with a known history of aggressive and responsive behaviours and their known triggers by means of: A) electronic and/or other appropriate flagging systems, B) direct verbal communication / alerts (i.e. shift reports), ii) Communicate and provide appropriate training and education, iii) Reporting all incidents of workplace violence, iv) Long-term care home wide violence risk assessments. (c) The Employer will report all incidents of violence as defined herein to the Joint Health and Safety Committee for review. (d) The Employer agrees to provide training and information on the prevention of violence to all employees who come into contact with potentially aggressive persons. This training will be done during a new employee’s orientation and updated as required. (e) Subject to appropriate legislation, and with the employee’s consent, the Employer will inform the Union within three (3) days of any employee who has been subjected to violence while performing his/her work. Such information shall be submitted in writing to the Union as soon as practicable.
