Allocated Day Off (ADO. 9.1. Full time employees may be given opportunity by the employer to arrange their hours in a manner that would allow the employee to work their ordinary hours on fewer than 20 days in the 28 calendar day cycle.

Allocated Day Off (ADO. 10.1 Full time employees may by agreement be given the opportunity by BCS to arrange their working hours in any 28 consecutive days in a manner that allows the employees to work ordinary hours on less than 20 days in those 28 consecutive days. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld by BCS.
Allocated Day Off (ADO. 8.1 A full-time Employee whose ordinary hours of work are arranged in accordance with clause 6.5 - Arrangement of Hours, will be entitled to one allocated day off in each cycle of 28 days of 152 hours for night shift workers; or one allocated day off in each cycle of 35 days for day shift workers.

  • Rostered Day Off 3.5.1 Any employee who by the circumstances of the arrangement of their ordinary hours of work is entitled to a rostered day off which falls on a public holiday prescribed by this clause shall, by mutual agreement, be paid for that day seven hours thirty six minutes at ordinary rates or have an additional day added to his/her annual leave, or shall be allowed to take the day off on an alternative weekday. Provided that where in the case of a shift worker the holiday on which he is rostered off falls on a Saturday or Sunday, this provision shall not apply.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Work on Day Off Full-time nurses called in on their regularly scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½x) times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.
