Allocation of Plant Products. The allocation of Plant Products attributable to each Delivery Point shall be determined as follows: a. The Adjusted Gas Volume for a Delivery Point shall be multiplied by its Liquefiable Hydrocarbon content, by Component, expressed in gallons per MCF (gpm) and by its BTU/gallon factor, in accordance with Paragraph 8.2, to arrive at the theoretical BTUs, by Component, for Gas delivered from such Delivery Point. b. The Plant Products attributable to a particular Delivery Point shall be determined by multiplying the total gallons actually saved and sold of each Component of Plant Products from all Delivery Points by a fraction, the numerator of which is the theoretical BTUs of that Component attributable to a particular Delivery Point, and the denominator of which is the total theoretical BTU, by Component, attributable to all Delivery Points.
Allocation of Plant Products. From the results of the liquefiable hydrocarbon content tests and the quantity of Gas delivered to the Points of Delivery for each Month, there shall be determined the total theoretical gallons of each Plant Product contained in Customer’s Gas. The total amount of each Plant Product assumed to be recovered and saved in the Plant during each Month shall be fixed at recoveries as set forth in Section 6.2 (subject to Sections 6.5 and 6.6) and multiplied by Customer’s total theoretical gallons of each Plant Product.

Allocation of Plant Products. KMTP and COPANO shall allocate the total quantity of each Plant Product contained in the Gas that is processed, recovered and saved at the Plant during each Month as set forth in EXHIBIT C. Determination of Plant Products, PTR and Residue Gas shall be determined as set forth in EXHIBIT C attached hereto.

Allocation of Plant Products. For each monthly period, the theoretical plant product content at each Delivery Point shall be determined. The actual net plant production of each plant product during the period shall then be allocated between all Delivery Points in the ratio that the theoretical content of each product contained in the gas at each Delivery Point, determined as set forth below, bears to the total theoretical content of each product in all the gas processed in the plant during the period. The actual net plant production of each product in gallons shall be the total quantity of such product delivered from the plant. The theoretical plant product content of the gas at each Delivery Point shall be the result of multiplying the volume in MCF by the GPM (Gallons per MCF) of each plant product contained in such gas as determined from the gas sample analysis.
