Allowance for working from home. If the employer and employee have agreed that the employee is to work from home (in full or in part), the employer is responsible for the proper set-up of the workplace at home. In consultation with the employee participation body or with the individual employee, the employer will make agreements about a suitable allowance for the work-related costs incurred by working from home.
