Alternate Broadcast. In the event that Affiliate (or any Station) makes one or more Substitution(s) or Unauthorized Preemption(s), then: (i) Affiliate shall broadcast, on the applicable Station(s), the preempted UCI Programming (including, without limitation, for clarity, any commercial advertising (e.g., Network Availabilities) that were preempted as part of such Substitution(s) or Unauthorized Preemption(s)) during one or more time periods (as necessary) of quality and ratings value equal to or better than the time periods during which such UCI Programming was originally scheduled for broadcast; and (ii) UCI may, in its sole discretion: (A) direct Affiliate to broadcast the UCI Programming (including, without limitation, for clarity, any commercial advertising (e.g., Network Availabilities) that were preempted as part of such Substitution(s) or Unauthorized Preemption(s)) on the applicable Station(s) at an alternate time period normally occupied by other UCI Programming, and/or (B) make available, directly or via one or more third parties (e.g., another local broadcast television station, a Distributor), such UCI Programming (including, without limitation, for clarity, any commercial advertising (e.g., Network Availabilities) that were preempted as part of such Substitution(s) or Unauthorized Preemption(s)) in the applicable Station(s)’ DMA(s). In the event that Affiliate takes the applicable actions provided for in Sections 5(e)(i) and (ii)(A) in a timely manner, then the preemption or failure of Affiliate to broadcast the applicable preempted UCI Programming will not be deemed an Unauthorized Preemption for purposes of Section 5(d) of this Agreement. In the event of a Substitution, UCI may provide alternative UCI Programming (which may be UCI Non-Network Programming), as selected by UCI, for broadcast on the applicable Station(s) in lieu of the other UCI Programming or Affiliate’s intended substitute programming. In the event that Affiliate (or any Station) makes one or more Rejections, then UCI may, in its sole discretion: (I) provide alternative UCI Programming (which may be UCI Non-Network Programming), as selected by UCI, for broadcast on the applicable Station(s) in lieu of the other UCI Programming or Affiliate’s intended substitute programming; and/or (II) make available, directly or via one or more third parties (e.g., another local broadcast television station, a Distributor), such UCI Programming in the applicable Station(s)’ DMA(s).

  • Alternate RDOs (a) Where the Employer and a majority of the Employer’s Employees at an enterprise or job site agree, another day may be substituted for the scheduled RDO. (b) Wherever possible, such agreement will take place 5 working days prior to the change being implemented. (c) Where there is a dispute in relation to an alternate RDO and it is unable to be resolved at the workplace level, the matter may be determined in accordance with clause 10- Disputes Resolution Procedure of this Agreement.

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable. B. In the event that a bargaining unit member does not communicate with a parent on the established date for parent unit member conferences as per the calendar adopted by the Board, a reasonable attempt to contact that parent will be made. A reasonable attempt constitutes a phone call or email. If that contact is not returned, the bargaining unit member shall not be obligated to make further contact.

  • Internet Warnings If the Settling Entity offers for sale any of the Products to California consumers through websites such as xxxxxx.xxx that are not reformulated as set forth in subsection 2.2 above, it shall ensure that the required warning (with the language set forth in subsection 2.3 above) is prominently displayed to the purchaser prior to completion of the transaction without requiring the potential buyer to use considerable effort to be made aware of the health hazard advisory. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b). The URL "xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx" in the Warning may be substituted with an equivalent reference to the official "Proposition 65 Warnings Website."

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
