Alternative Discipline Program (ADP. Middle and high school teachers participating in the ADP program will be paid at the “Additional Contracted Work rate set forth in Appendix A, Section II.11 and shall be expected to provide students with assigned work or activities, guide student reflections, provide feedback to students, and provide follow-up communication with administration regarding student progress as requested.
