ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT. Subject to any provision pertaining thereto in the Option Award Agreement, at the sole discretion of the Committee, all or any part of the Purchase Price and any applicable withholding requirements may be paid by one or more of the following alternative methods:
